Airbus yesterday has published a statement mentioning that it is stopping its production for four days. Explosion of Corona Virus infection across Europe triggered this temporary measure.
Airbus intends to put in place precautionary measures for prevention of infection to its staffs during this period.
Airbus also mentioned that it is seeking government aid owing to the extensive impact of COVID-19 in global aviation.
Meanwhile, Boeing must be taking a sigh of relief. Airlines who have been waiting release of B737 Max. for expansion of sectors are now retracting the existing flights. The much stressed Boeing has received a little bit more time for fixing the issues with its B737 Max in this aspect.
